I have been in the workforce for over 18 years and the last 3 years that I have been an employee of Express Data, have been the best in my career. Express Data’s philosophy is that their staff are their greatest resource and this is evident in their treatment of their employees. During this period in time, I have been able to move up within the company. I belive with building of skills and knowledge, I will continue to be able to develop and grow in the company. The package of wage and benefits is great, and Express Data are continually finding ways to improve their employees working life. About a year ago, I had an accident and had to be away from work for an extended period of time. At no point, was I made to feel that I had to rush back to work. I actually had to convince them that I was ready to. Talk about that for job security. When changes have occurred in my personal life, management at Express Data have been very supportive and allowed me to take time and change the hours that I work to ensure that I can be there for my family. Location for me is great, I drive to and from work and secured parking is never an issue.
As far as I am concerned, I have no intention of leaving nor do I ever feel the need to search the web for a new job. Where I currently am suits not only my working life but personal and family life. Hopefully, Express Data is just as pleased as me!!!
Looks like those Australians are on to something.
